What I Got For Christmas 2016

Happy new year to all my lovely readers! I hope you all had an amazing Christmas and new year and let's hope 2017 is going to have considerably less celebrity deaths because 2016 was a stinker, I'm still not over Alan Rickman :(

My Christmas was good except for me feeling pretty awful for most of it, I suspect I have anemia as I'm dizzy/lightheaded all the time, I've fainted/almost fainted multiple times, I'm tired all the time and just generally don't feel right but there is also a weird virus going around that has similar symptoms so I'm not really sure but if you suffer from anemia leave me a comment as I'd love to hear about your experience and how you manage it.

Anyway lets get on with the whole point of this blog post which is what I got for Christmas this year and the first thing is something my husband bought me and I'm obsessed!
How beautiful are these Rose Gold Woven Converse All Stars? They combine two of my favourite things, rose gold and Converse and they're almost too stunning to wear, I just want to put them on a shelf and display them (is that weird?).

The next thing my husband bought me was the Ronnie Camera Bag from Accessorize, I needed a new handbag and wanted something smaller than I usually use because the bigger the bag the more crap I shove in it and it ends up being really heavy and I can never find anything so this will hopefully encourage me to only carry around with me things I actually need, fingers crossed.

My husband also got me a new coat, I wanted something a little smarter than my parka but something that could also be worn for casual wear too so I chose the Isla Wool Look Coat from Boohoo.com, I think it will look great with jeans and my new Converse and I can't wait to wear it.
I got this Marble and Copper Coaster from Oliver Bonas because I thought it would look super cute on my desk, anything marble and copper or rose gold is a winner with me.

Also from Oliver Bonas (my new favourite shop) was this Ria Card Organiser which I thought would be really useful to put all of my store cards in that I don't use very often and then I can switch to a smaller purse because now I'm down sizing my handbag my ginormous purse doesn't fit. My plan is to have a smaller purse with my cash and a couple of cards that I use all the time in and then put everything else in this card organiser so it all fits neatly in my new bag.

So that's everything I got this year, obviously I got the usual bits like pjs, socks, chocolates etc as well but I don't need to show you those. Leave me a comment and let me know what your favourite gift that you got this year was because it's my birthday soon and I'm always looking for inspiration.
